With Aquarius, the marriage is usually devastatingly early(married at 16 or something). Or there could be a wide age difference between the two people concerned( 42 year old marries 68 year old etc).
It could also suggests an unusually late marriage i.e 1st marriage at 60 years of age etc.
With Aquarius, there is the tendency to "break" the norm.Aquarius also rules being late for appointments,same-sex romance/ marriage,"love at first sight",marriage ,divorce, sudden accidents /delays and cancellations of agreements.
I would say Saturn shows its Aquarius ruler-ship when in retrograde.
Cap doesn't necessarily mean late marriage. Remember that Cap wants to get on with the business of life as early as possible. Assume responsibility and all contractual things whilst young.
Cap however can be very calculating, "business-like" and erring towards traditional/conventional customs in the area of life it governs.
Sun in Cap/Moon
Venus/Mars in Cap
Cap in 5th house
Cap in Asc/Dsc
The dual ruler-ship of Saturn usually has interesting results. But some also assign Uranus governance over Aqua.
